Brew It Forward: How a Cafe and its Community are Supplying the Front Lines
Lisa Bee, CEO and Co-Founder to Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea in Ann Arbor, Michigan had to quickly adjust her business when the local community was in crisis.
With customers unable to populate the stores, and first responders needing all the help they could get, Sweetwaters launched their service app much earlier than they expected to and began supplying the community with much needed food and caffeine. Lisa Bee speaks on how the community feedback and interaction with her app during this trying time helped her create a better experience and how entrepreneurs are not alone and working together to pull through these trying times.
